On a 15th day of September, Julio Angel Vazquez was born in the city of New York. Julio, the son of Felix and Olga Vazquez was the last of their three children. Julio was raised in New York and at the age of fourteen, he received the Lord into his heart, thus marking the beginning of the rest of his life in Christ Jesus.

         In 1987, Julio began his music ministry with the beginning of what would be known as "The Faith Band". He ministered in the tri-state area for seven years, leading the band as Music Director during this tenure. Over the last eight years, he has done it exclusively as DJ Who? Julio has ministered with other music ministers that include Renee Gonzalez, David & Abraham, Puchi Colon, Jaime Muriel, The Dolemans and many more. He has been involved in innumerable youth driven events that include Concerts, Youth Rallies, Gospel Skate Nites, Cafe's, Paintball & Basketball Tournaments and has also done Missionary work in the Dominican Republic. 

        Julio is one of the 1st Spanish Christian Disc Jockeys in the New York area. He became an accomplished DJ during his years at "The Key Family Center" in the Bronx. Truly one of the pioneers in spanish Christian Dee-Jaying, He continues to be one of the most recognized, respected and sought after Music Ministers in the Tri-State area today. DJ WHO? is truly a DJ with music "FOR ALL YOUR CHRISTIAN MUSIC NEEDS". He is currently Pastoring alongside his wife Dayana in the Bronx at The Chapel Christian Church. He has a 15 year old son in Tennessee named Brandon and a newborn baby girl born on February 9th, 2008 whom they have named Bella Amanda!
